The Learners Driving Licence is administrated by Road Traffic (Control) [CAP 29].

Before getting a drivers licence, one must obtain a learner’s licence. 

Any vehicle that is either purchased from car dealers or imported has to be registered at the Inland Revenue Office, Taxpayer Services Section.
