Airport Duty Free shop staff violates duty free rules by walking away with concealed cigarettes
Section 45 (4) (d) (i) of the Customs Act provides that the only person allowed with carriage of a duty free item through customs controlled area such as the airport duty free lounge is an international travelling passenger, whether arriving or departing.
